I conduct my home inspection in a professional manner. I'm friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will go an extra mile to satisfy my clients. I enjoy educating the buyer through the property inspection to ensure they make smart decision on whether or not to invest. I was in need of a home inspection immediately (within 2 days) given my original home inspector canceled last minute. I reached out to Primestar Home Inspections and Thomas replied back to me almost immediately. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule and accommodate. He confirmed the appointment the day before and arrived early the day of the inspection. Very friendly, thorough, and professional. Thomas responded right away and arrived early to the inspection. He was very thorough and took the time to identify all the issues with the home, which were many with an older house with a sketchy addition. Thomas was great. He arrived early at the inspection and had already checked the roof by the time I got there. Thomas performed an inspection on a home we were buying. He was very punctual, arriving about 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time. He performed an extremely thorough inspection, checking everything while explaining what he was checking, why, and what he found. His expedient summary report he sent us included explicit photographs captioned with an explanation of the problem. I highly recommend Thomas!
