I am a numerical scientist (for more than 40 years), currently on my 28th PC. I have a custom quad-core server. I called two dozen PC shops in the Chicago area, and zero people were competent: the only person who knew his limitations advised me to send it to the manufacturer. The called the best PC technician I ever met, now in Southern California, and he told me he would find a professional in my area. This led me to Ray. My computer began overheating, and needed a new PC cooler. None are in stock for my custom computer, so my friend in SoCal ordered one designed for powerful video systems. I called Ray: he said he would come to my place, and arrived on schedule. He seemed to be a wizard--he took a photo of my computer, figured out how to remove the motherboard and everything around it, install a mounting plate for the new dual-fan cooler with a giant radiator, and magically the computer turns on like a jet engine. This took less than an hour. The boot time was reduced from 4 seconds to 1 second. Ray cleaned my work space, it is cleaner now than before he arrived. Ray is respectful, quiet, a nice guy, and one of the two best PC techs that I have known since I began working with the initial microcomputers. I cannot give a higher recommendation, this rare man will make your computer dreams come true in your moment of crisis.

Ray is very competent technical support person. He knows hardware and software and fixed my PC hard drive which was crashing and near its end of life. He recovered the data and copied all the windows, the programs, and data to new hard drive.
Ray is pleasant to work with and is very reasonable. Highly recommend for any PC problem from hardware, software or virus removal.He was professional, courteous, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing.Overall, I highly recommend this technician.
