On 5/30/2024, I initially contacted Dan to discuss the installation of kitchen cabinets. Dan was responsive and came to inspect the kitchen. He followed up with a quote. Originally, I was hoping to have the cabinets by the end of June, but unfortunately, they were not delivered until July. I reached out to Dan on July 7th to schedule the cabinet installation. He stated that he would be available on August 13th, so we agreed to wait a month for his services. After signing his contract, Dan messaged me on the 8th, saying he would be available on the 10th instead of the 13th. We agreed to the change again. Subsequently, Dan called and informed us that he would not be available for our project at all. We are very disappointed in the level of service we received from Dan and the delay in our project.
