- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair but professionally priced, as we offer very knowledgable services with those with the most difficult situations. Our fees start at 300.00 for personal returns, but we generally charge hourly for our professional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ascertain the clients needs, by professionally analyzing their situation and identifying the issues, and organizing them in order of priority. We address the clients concerns, and apply experienced skills in addressing their issues and solving their issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Loyola University of Chicago – Bachelor in Business Administration Emphasis in Public Accounting- extended curriculum DePaul University – Master of Science in Taxation Coursework Many additional licenses and experience, with a CFF and FCPA in forensic accounting, experience in construction, real estate and development, and self employment issues.
