I appreciate that they were able to get me in the same day to diagnose the problem with my fridge and freezer which weren't cooling well. Other companies would've been next day or much later. The cost the repairman quoted to fix the condenser was higher than I wanted to spend (I would've just bought another fridge) but I called LG the next day and it was under warranty and they were able to repair it for free. This company was professional, used gloves and put on shoe covers - all a big plus.
