We highly recommend Cityline Development! James and his team did an excellent job repairing the stairs leading to our basement. They understood our budget and needs, and James was extremely communicative about scheduling and the process. We appreciated that he accommodated our small project for a reasonable price with such a quick turnaround. Our stairs look great and are no longer dangerous :)

It’s always amazing to me how shortsighted some contractors can be. During a high-wind event, a portion of my fascia siding fell off. Fixing it wouldn’t be a big job, but it did pose some problems for the typical homeowner like me, namely that it was original siding (27 years old), so weathering would make the color hard to match, and it was in a difficult area to repair safely (garage gable). My wife and I called many contractors, including those recommended by neighbors, but they didn’t want the job due to its small size or, worse, told us they wanted to help but then never showed up. The same can’t be said about James and the team at City line Development, who clearly value customer service and building relationships. James provided us with multiple, fairly priced solutions to consider and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. The end result turned out great, and we couldn’t be happier with how the garage and siding look and with CLD! I won’t hesitate to call on CLD again, nor recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Great job and thank you!

Excellent experience overall. Got a call back in timely manner. Worked around our schedule to meet and walk-down the job. Provided a quote in a timely manner. Completed the work on time with no surprises. Excellent work that looks great with excellent housekeeping practices as well. Would certainly recommend James and his team.
