I hired this company to rehang a 120" projection screen. Upon completion, I noticed a number of scratches on the screen that weren't there before they began the work. I subsequently presented the company with video evidence that during the process the installers lost control of the screen twice and both times hit one of the installers in the head - in the same location as the new scratches. Ron (owner) reviewed the video and said that he couldn't see anything other than a "typical installation process" and suggested that I contact his insurance company. The claim is currently pending. **UPDATE** Following up on the company's response - I absolutely did ask if they had insurance. I don't know them from Adam and it is an expensive screen. That aside, I ask anyone doing work in my house if they have insurance. Who doesn't? The owner's comment that the video didn't show anything is a complete falsehood. It happened exactly as I said it did. I would not be able to file an insurance claim without sufficient proof of the accusation. I did offer to pay the deductible but that was my counter-offer to their offer not to charge me for the install. Initially this seemed reasonable given it was my word against theirs and no way to prove otherwise. But that changed the moment I saw the video and could prove they were at fault. The most disappointing thing about all of this is that I tried several other paths to resolve this outside of an insurance claim. The owner was not there on the day of the install and decided to take the word of his subcontractors without even contacting me for my side of the story. The incident occurred on May 10th and the first time I heard from Ron was on May 25th, He made no attempt to contact me or resolve the situation during those 15 days despite knowing that this issue had occurred. What might that imply about the validity of my claim??? Bottom line - Hire these guys at your own risk and be sure that you document everything because even with video proof they will deny being at fault.

The depiction of this situation is entirely inaccurate. We were initially contacted by John to correct an installation that he attempted himself, because the screen was crooked and not properly assembled. During our initial contact, he asked (do you have insurance incase some kind of accident happens to the screen) and then commented "I don't mean to scare you with that question." The "video" that he's referring to, doesn't show anything other than a window, and a small portion of the activity, which is us moving back and forth, and putting the screen back in place.Once we were notified of the damage, and came to his residence to address the issue, he then offered to pay our deductible in cash. This review was posted maliciously, because we simply disagreed with the accusations, and said we would provide our insurance company with our own evidence. I hope anyone who reads this review will see this for what it is, and look to all of our 5-star reviews for an accurate description of our work.

Tech communicated arrival and showed up on time. Tech was helpful with providing feedback about my current tv set up. He set up the receiver without any issue. He also took time to show me how to use the remotes. I would definitely use in the future.

My AV system is complicated but the tech was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It necessitated purchasing additional equipment. He drove to 2 different Best Buy locations to get what he needed to finish the project. I’m sure this job took way longer than he anticipated. After, he still took his time to make everything worked properly. He also made sure I understood how to use the new equipment.
