We specialize in brick, block or stone maintenance, tuckpointing/repairs. We remove and replace any type of brick, block, or stone areas on the outside or inside of your home. We also build custom brick mailboxes. Any design of your choice. We have quite a few pictures and / or reviewed to share with you of past projects! I hated to give David a 3 star review. I give honest reviews and search reviews on businesses. After 4 quotes, we decided to go with David. The work that was performed was great, but the areas around the job were not protected with drop cloths or plastic. My shrubs are covered with Mortar, that are hardened and the ground that has rocks is covered with mortar. My new double doors are spotted from the power wash. I advised David of the situation. I will clean the doors and hire landscapers to remove the Mortar from the shrubs so they want die. This is my only disappointment with the company not protecting the surrounding areas.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with our clean up. I'm sorry there were a few left over pieces of debris that landed in your bush. There may have been a couple of left over pieces we missed. As fir the spots on your new doors. It is expected to sometimes have over spray from the pressure washing we did on the front of the house. Hope the water spots didn't ruin the glass. You were not there when we were through cleaning up. Your husband did check everywhere before we left and he was fine with our clean up efforts. You also forgot to mention the extra pressure washing work we did do and you weren't charged for. There was spotting on the windows where we did the extra work. No comments about that area though

Dave was on-time, friendly but no-nonsense, with a quote that was both reasonable in price and work scope. Not only did I have his team do my tuckpoint patching, but also they powerwashed the mildew off my house and chimney to brighten it up. I felt comfortable with asking them questions and doing the final walk-through before they packed away their mortar. They cleaned up thoroughly, and the house looks ready for another few dozen winters. Included pics are with fresh wet mortar.

Each project is priced according to the amount of time it will be estimated to complete! We do offer discount to seniors and veterans! Depending on the amount of work a discount will be applied anywhere from 15% to 25% off!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide samples of bricks, stones, blocks and mortar colors to choose from! We try to work with the customer to select the closest possible match to your existing materials, that we will be working with!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Mason here in Illinois for over 30 yrs! I've also worked as a Union Bricklayer here in the Chicago area!
