Marko took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He explained that because of my flexible ducts that he was limited in how much cleaning he would be able to do, while I suppose that other companies might just go ahead with the cleaning process and risk damaging someone’s property. I was very satisfied with his attention to detail. Thank you

AAA was very communicative, upfront with pricing, and did an excellent job cleaning my vents. The technician explained the whole process and provided thoughtful recommendations to help me preserve the life of my furnace. The whole service only took 2 hours and I was able to work from home during the cleaning. Highly recommend!
