Mike was amazing!! My fiancé found a leak in our basement yesterday. After the plumbers were done we contacted Performance Home Solutions and they made us an appointment for the following morning to ensure there was no chance of mold growth. Once they came out and surveyed the damage, they gave us a quote and then completed the work same day for us. We were very impressed with their services and if we ever find ourselves in need of their services again we will definitely be reaching back out!

I contacted Mike through Thumbtack. He was very responsive, did the initial analysis for free ( added back the analysis cost in the quote if we approve. I liked the process as I am not hooked initially with a cost), explained the whole problem and fixation process to me in detail. After I approved, he fixed as promised and made the whole area neat and clean before leaving. If I have any similar issue in the future, I would consider him again
