- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As project times may vary, I recommend reaching out for a free 30-minute consultation to determine which areas you'd like to organize. From there, we can create a plan to organize your space. I also offer gift certificates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time to get to know my client and what is working and not working within their space. I ask detailed questions to understand their vision for a space and work together to create a plan that helps to make that space functional and inviting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was previously a special education teacher and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, so the ability to understand behavior and help others is a crucial part of my job. Though I'm not professionally trained in comedy, I like to think that I can make people laugh (yes, even while organizing)!
