I needed a move out cleaning for my apartment and Halina’s Enterprises knocked others out of the ballpark. The woman who came was very kind, cleaned everything very thoroughly and the place looks better than when I moved in! Thank you so much.

Don't be fooled! She spent 6 hours here. When I inspected I found places that had not been cleaned, for which she wanted additional pay. Now, as I put away clean clothes on white am finding are dirty shelves, I realize she did little to nothing. Don't waste your time with this company. I was looking for a regular service and have to keep looking. We all know what dust consists of and now my children's clothes are covered in it. Beyond disappointed...DISGUSTED. (The system won't let me add more photos. There are more areas of filth to show.)

Irynn I'm sorry you feel that way. I feel bad about that. Yes, cleaning lady was at your house 6 hours, and there was no additional charge since we charge you per hour. There was a lot of construction dust at your house, and she worked very hard to get rid off. She cleaned entire house, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen etc. If she forgot/missed those closet shelf I apologize. If you would called us we will be more than happy to resolve this issue. She was there over a week ago, and it's normal that there still be some construction dust showing up (since your vents weren't cover). Thank you.

I was told that it would be more expensive, because it was more work than expected, which was fine. I made the mistake of running to the store. When I came back about 40 minutes later, they were done, when they hadn't even started cleaning downstairs yet when I left. It didn't even look like the floor was cleaned, a whole counter in the kitchen was missed, blinds in the family room weren't touched. I guess they ran out of time, but for $200, I expected it to be a lot better... ***Update: After hearing my disappointment, Halina contacted me about making up for the poor job that was done. Someone came back out to my house to clean all that was previously missed at no charge and I was really impressed with how great the new replacement was. I would have her come back anytime! Thanks for coming back and making up for the last cleaning. I really appreciate it. I work two jobs, have three teenagers and no time. I was so disappointed when my floors weren't done, because I never have time to do that! They look great now! I am grateful for your excellent customer service!
