When I arrived home after a late work event at 9:00 pm, I discovered significant flooding in my kitchen. I contacted the dispatcher and was immediately forwarded to Arnaldo, who despite living more than 30 mins. from me, came out that same evening with equipment. He returned early the following morning with more fans and began the assessment. He worked directly with my insurance company to complete most of the remediation, restoration, and repairs in my basement and kitchen in 3 weeks. He was kind and helpful in all the ways you hope someone will be when faced with an unexpected disaster. I HIGHLY recommend contacting Total Restore if faced with any situation like mine.

I am pleasantly pleased with this company, who immediately stopped by to assess water damages from a leaked pipe on my sump pump in my lower level storage room. They were fast in giving me a reasonable estimate. They were efficient in making sure the area was cleared out and restored. If there's water damage in the house and you're scrambling to find a company to help you out of the misery, look no further - this is it! I've contacted so many other companies that either charge $100 just for an inspection or gave crazy high quotes. I found Total Restore, they were very responsive and came out the next day to have a free, thorough inspection. Arnold was so friendly and professional. He helped explain the basement cleaning+sanitizing procedure and answered my many questions. They provided a quote the same day, and it was very reasonable. (I compared it with another company's quote that was just unbelievably high) Arnold came the following day to do the job. He was very efficient, knowledge and professional. You can just tell that he's amazing at what he does. Everything got cleaned and sanitized, leaving the basement smelling clean and fresh. Arnold sent a formal report with lots of before and after pictures. I highly recommend Total Restoration. If I need another job done in the future, I won't be looking elsewhere.
