I normally don’t write review for anyone but Andrew just disappeared from work and didn’t call us back. Though overall work he did was really good but we left carpet installation in the end due to some issues.He charged us for labour in advance and then he just stopped picking up over phone. Me and my husband called him no of times over week he didn’t attend our call. I would expect at least person should finish the job. But he didn’t. We have to pay twice for carpet now.

We didn't do the carpet because your tenants kept flooding the basement. And you didn't pay for carpet twice, in case you forgot I removed all carpet charges from the final payment, I even updated the invoice and emailed it to your husband. By the time you reached back out to me we were busy and didn't have time to go out. But let's make things clear, I didn't take any money from you for the carpet. And I have the invoice to prove it. Including the final payment receipt. Everything else was well done and I didn't even charge you for the times we had to redo work because your tenants kept causing damage to the paint by using a bathroom that kept flooding the basement. Your welcome.

Andrew and his team were professional. They explained everything in detail, and delivered everyday on what they planned for the day. Their timeline was accurate. Quality of work is fantastic. They cleaned up after they left. Overall we had a wonderful experience with this team and will absolutely be hiring them back should we chose to do more house work.

Andrew did a very good job in painting our entire house. We had a tight timeline and he met us with a quote pretty quickly. He was very responsive and was able to complete the job within the timelines. He was very clear in his communications which is very much needed for big projects like this. He helped us choose a color of our choice and it turned out really well. This was our first time hiring someone from Thumbtack for a big project like this but with Andrew it turned out really well, he is a thorough professional.
