FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $49 to go to a customers house and diagnose the problem that they are experiencing. Then once the problem is diagnosed I provide a repair cost for the customer and the $49 diagnostic fee goes towards the repair. All costs are upfront before any parts are replaced. All of my work is guaranteed and all parts that I use are 100% brand new and have a minimum of 1 year warranty. Some parts have longer warranties. Honest work is the foundation of my business and you can expect friendly respectful service. I have a reputation that your equipment will be fixed correctly the first time and the repair will last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep the repair process as painless and convenient as possible. The customer simply arranges a convenient time for me to stop by for the repair. I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and most times I am available same day for the customer. If the customer is not available but has someone at their home that is above 18 years of age I will be happy to accommodate them. I do take credit cards over the phone for payment to add to this convenience. Lastly my goal is to get your heating or air conditioning equipment up and running as fast as possible, so while my competition may have to return at a later date because they dont have the necessary part to repair their equipment, I stock plenty of common repair parts on my service truck. 95% of the time I have the repair part already on my truck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 epa certifications and also an AHRI Certification and NATE Certification. I graduated top of my class in HVAC Technical training. I also carry 3 million dollar liability insurance Proof of all this is available to see at time of repair appointment.
