I think Kim is a very kind person who loves dogs however we are very unhappy with the results of our grooming. I acknowledge that Willy had some matting and Kim informed me that he was not happy to be groomed. Our dog Willy has been groomed previously and I never received the same feedback from the groomer and the results were not as you see from this photo. First photo is the result. Second photo is how he normally looks. Willy was also injured in this process, and when he came home, has diarrhea and vomiting.

This description is inaccurate of my work I didnt injure the dog or make it suck.There is no way to possibly make him sick he either was nervous from the groom or had an upset stomach.The scratches on his belly were not made by me they are not consistent of razor cuts .I have shown them to many groomers in the field and they are self inflicted by scratching himself must have been irritated from the groom.his nails were still sharp had a real hard time trimming them.Iv never had a review like this one and do not know why I'm being targeted.

Small to medium dogs I start off at 45 depending on their coat and if it's matted it might go up a little medium to large dogs just getting a bath I started 25 if they want a little trim up that's an extra 10

Finding out the needs of there pet and what they would like.Finding out what I can do to help and and get to know the Kpet the day I meet them

I have 4 years bathing and taking care and needs of costumers till I went to grooming school at great lak es academy and put 550 hours in to receive my degree
