FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 60-minute free consultations (either in-office or over the phone) on any case. Our attorneys will sit down with you and examine the possibilities on the case, and then inform you of the flat rate. We provide flat rates on all of our cases, so that the client knows exactly what they are agreeing to upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will conduct an initial consultation with any potential new client. It is important to us that we hear your side of the story, so we begin with the client informing of us of the facts and circumstances that led to the arrest. After hearing from the potential client, we will walk the individual through the applicable law, the possible outcomes, and court procedures. We will also discuss how we can help you in court with your legal issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorneys have nearly 40 years of experience assisting those charged with misdemeanor and felony criminal matters in Illinois. Among others, we have been recognized by the American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys as a "10 Best DUI/DWI Attorneys" in Illinois, as well as SuperLawyers.
