My wife and I had a wedding celebration on our rooftop in downtown Chicago. Sixty people left raving about the drinks! From the jump, Dallas always stayed in touch prior to the event, setup early and stayed long, and crushed the cocktails. Personally, my favorite was his daiquiri, the true test of a good bartender. We can’t wait to have him again for any impromptu parties! Thank you, Doctor!

Learning that Dr. Bartending also had accreditation in the culinary arts truly makes sense! The House made syrups and flavorful cocktails really shine through! The creativity in each drink is matched with its refreshing and enjoyable taste! Not to mention the style of garnishes really are the cherry toppers to the incredible array of choices! Fit to match any theme or event, this is one Dr. you'll really want in the house! Extremely responsive and can give you the mixologist edge to your vision for the event!

Dallas is more than just a bar tender. He's an absolutely excellent teacher as well. When I'd began my own bar tending career I was lucky enough to have him be the person to train me! He was incredibly patient throughout that time. Through out my experience being his trainee I never once felt slighted. Dallas truly is an AMAZING bar tender. Any and all times that I'd worked beside him, I never felt that I was lacking or missing a thing. He's as well rounded as you can possibly be when it comes to hospitality. Disappointment has never been a word I'd use to describe my time learning all that I had from him.
