Our business is a vibrant, community-focused space in Rockford, IL, launched in August 2024 with a mission to inspire, connect, and empower. We offer diverse services, including group workout classes, personal training, children’s fitness programs, and unique event experiences like Ladies’ Night and Murder Mystery dinners. In addition, our versatile venue is available for private rentals, making it a hub for celebrations and gatherings.
