- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because this is a side job and because I have a fascination with computers, my rates are extremely low. Yet I work very hard to do the job right and make the customer happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fine tune computers/laptops for optimum performance, removing unnecessary software, spyware, viruses, etc. Provide recommendations for how to keep the computer running well and possibilities of hardware upgrades to eliminate the need for a buying a new pc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beware of the big box stores. They tend NOT to listen to the customer. I give one on one personal attention to the problem for 1/3rd the cost of the big box stores.
