We hired Faith Janitorial Service because we needed a long neglected church building cleaned. After a much needed initial "deep cleaning" Faith shows up every week on a schedule designed to avoid the groups using the church building. The building has not looked this good in years. Floors shine, windows sparkle and dust is a thing of the past. Thank you, Faith.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With our primary goal being to establish long-term relationships with each of our clients, we initially gather all pertinent information for the cleaning need(s). The necessary bid information is gathered directly from either the customer, or by scheduling a free walk-thru of the facility and/or home. Once an estimate is submitted and approved by the customer, we will organize the details for initiating/scheduling the services to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide Safety & Health Training compliant with OSHA Standards as well AORN Standards for businesses & medical facilities including: BBP, MSDS Sheets, PPE, Green Cleaning, Ambulatory, Surgical, & Procedure Room Cleaning, and more. We stay abreast current guidelines and require all employees to take annual re-certification courses.
