Although I have not as of yet experienced their work, they were responsive, showed up for the survey on time and had a great price. When the first snow event happens, I will update my evaluation on their work. So far, so good!

Highly recommend Jim! Communication with Jim’s is great! There’s a lot of landscapers out there but hard to find one like this where he lets you know when he’s coming (and actually comes) sent photos of the work, and really quick turnaround time on responses! And does a good job!
