Tritan Plumbing is a Small Family Owned and Operated Full-Service Plumbing and Sewer company. We operate 24/7, as well as Er, calls on the weekend. We know how vital a Plumbing & or Drain Issue can be to you and your family, so we at Tritan offer same day or next-day services. The Owner, was born and raised into the Plumbing Industry always had a strong urge to help others. We believe in Client Satisfaction at Tritan Plumbing, being as we are family run & operated with a great team in the field & office. Tritan Plumbing has been servicing the area for over 30 years. We Branched off Alone Once we were fully Licensed Bonded & insured in 2010 We do Residential, Service & specialize in Drain (sewer) Plumbing We offer a variety of services; there is not much Tritan can not do. You can only expect the best the first time and always up to the Illinois State Plumbing Code. We are apart of many of the local chambers, Joliet, Bolingbrook, Shorewood, Naperville, and Plainfield. Same Day Service is Amazing! When I got home from work I went to the basement to do laundry and noticed my Hot Water Heater was leaking all over the floor thankfully most of the water was going into the drain, that is the last thing I wanted to deal with after a day at work, so I called Tritan Plumbing. I spoke with Nina and she was very polite and professional and was able to get one of their Plumbers out right away around 6pm to Install a new Hot Water Heater the Same Day! The Plumber who came out right away and installed the new unit was courteous, explained everything that he would be replacing due to how old my leaking water heater was. I'm so happy I called Tritan Plumbing to get the job done within an hour of calling them and at a good price. 7

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is Flat rate Up Front pricing. We will always give you a price before we get started with any work on site. (Flat rate price is so you will know the final price , before we start the project. If there is extra concerns you have we can make sure to handle same day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer calls, we do our best to offer same day service! Emergency we will come out as soon as we possibly can no matter the time of day 24/7. Once you book your call you will receive a booking confirmation from our office to confirm your appointment the day. We also send a message with a bio & picture showing who is arriving! Tritan Plumbing is family Owned and Operated for over 3 decades!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Illinois State Plumbing License CCDI (Cross Connection Certified) for RPZs as in sprinkler systems all have one that needs to be tested every year.
