- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Brokerage fees for home sellers are always negotiable. Fees will vary based on pricing, length of the agreement and number of transactions. We have the ability to find a fee that works for everyone. Fees for home buyer services are typically paid by the listing broker.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to get basic information about the property via a 10-15 minute phone conversation. From there, we'll review marketing plans, home pricing and all the other information needed to make a decision. Our goal is to make the home buying or selling process as easy as possible and save our clients time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're constantly taking part in training courses to improve our ability sell homes efficiently as well as to improve our systems and structures to keep our clients updated at all times as to the status of their transaction. We're highly trained in effective communication, negotiation and team management.
