- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are never a promise over phone or internet. A groomer can not correctly price a dog without seeing it. Price is based on size, condition and temperament for grooming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified dog groomer, I graduated from Great Lakes academy in homer glen.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in this business, my mom has owned her own grooming shop for 20 years. I started taking naps in the dog cages as a child to being a bather and now a groomer. Dog grooming is in my blood
