- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like to give a price over the phone because it wouldn't be fair to me or accurate to the customer. I like to give an estimate or quote. Depending on how far the location is, I usually do it free of charge. Once they contact me then it works better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear and see what the need is..then take an intentional approach to resolve what the issue, problem, repair may be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
They have expos once a year in November in Chicago. I couldn't attend last year but will this year. Also, although I passed my certification courses at IWS, the majority of my experience comes from having hands on.
