- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whenever possible, I strive to satisfy my clients' needs within their budget, or sometimes well below it. I will provide you with realistic budget expectations for your project. I have industry discounts I can use to get the job done, and I have very competitive fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually follow the following process when I begin working with you: STEP 1 - Intake form. In order to understand the needs of your project, you will be required to complete an intake form. STEP 2 - 1-Hour Virtual Video Consultation. Our meeting will focus on discussing your project goals and the next steps. STEP 3 - Sign an Agreement. In order to get started you will complete a simple agreement that includes a project timeline. You will complete some simple onboarding steps. STEP 4 - Vision Board(s). Depending on your project needs, I will develop concepts including textiles, color palettes, moods, and finishes to jumpstart the process. I will develop a preliminary shopping list for materials and furniture. STEP 5- 3D Modeling. Depending on your project needs, I will develop an ultra-realistic 3D model of your room(s) to help you visualize the space. Please see my portfolio for samples. I will include a final comprehensive shopping list with alternative items if needed.
