Every person in our company is a carpenter. Each person takes pride in their work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with every type of customer. From very high end custom hand made area rugs in a Streeterville house to wall to wall vinyl installation in a high school. We use the same attention to detail and our goal is customer satisfaction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do they truly understand your needs? Do they undercut door jams or simply caulk next to them? Do they spend time with floor prep or rush to lay the floor? Do they really take pride in their work or see it as another job to get done? Are all the installers invested in the company or are the new hires or say laborers?
