- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide a 10% discount to customers ordering more than 25 items with custom embroidery. There is also a $30 rush fee for any embroidery that needs completed in less than a week and any dress that needs completed in less than 60 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our customers looking for alterations or custom pieces we generally start with an in person appointment to take measurements and to discuss exactly what our customers are looking for. We will discuss designs, suitable fabrics, details ect. The next set of appointments will include the various stages of fitting. During these appointments we will check fit, design elements, and make any adjustments needed to produce the dress of your dreams! Custom dresses are generally able to go home by the fourth fitting, but there are exceptions for some more sophisticated styles! Our embroidery clients will do a phone/messenger consult with sample images to discuss the designs they are looking for and the timeline they need them completed within. We will then do a second consult appointment to review our sample designs and to receive a quote! The timeframe for embroidery projects depends on the quantity of items that will be embroidered, but most projects under 25 items will take 1-2 weeks to complete.
