- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing provided are standard fees and are subjected to change upon assessment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone intake is required in order to process clients request for services, a quote will be provided via email with scope of work. We then encourage our clients to schedule a free consultation for viewing of the home/site, any additional services or adjustments with fees will be made at this time. Customers will then receive their customizable checklist for approval. Now you are all set and your service provider can begin.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a franchisee of a small cleaning company that primarily offered window services. I've always dreamed of owning my own business and to offer services to help others in need. There were much more services in high demand that I wanted to provide for customers. With years of hands on experience and over 10 years of customer service, hard work and a drive to succeed, that is what brought me here today.
