I needed to have the dryer vents cleaned. Fresh ducts responded quickly and were helpful in fixing a problem with the dryer line. Syrian was nice and worked quickly. Overall good experience

Simeon with Fresh Duct is great. I hired him initially to clean out my dryer vent. He was able to come the same day as I inquired and he did a great job! He even took the initiative to replace a small piece of duct going from my dryer into the wall as it was about to fail from normal wear, and at no additional charge. It’s little things like this that make all the difference. The value for the work is really top notch. I ended up hiring him again to come and clean out my HVAC vents. Again, a great value for this service. He took the time to explain the process before he started work. There were two people working from home when he came to clean the HVAC vents, he took great care to make sure we were still able to work and take calls while he was working. I can’t say enough good - very knowledgeable and polite delivering top quality work at competitive prices.

I would like to highly recommend Fresh Duct to have your vents cleaned. Simone is very careful in his approach. He is easygoing and if you have any questions he can answer them without hesitation. He is very through. I would certainly hire him again when needed. I wish you could add more stars as I was completely satisfied with his work.

Simeon did a great job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. My ducts had newspapers stuck in them. I would have never known if he would not have cleaned them. Even after cleaning them, he put a sanitizer in them that I was able to smell once I turned my heat back on. Thanks so much for the great job. I would recommend him to anyone if they need their ducts cleaned. I would recommend him and hire again.
