Meha is extremely professional, very responsive and provides exceptional client service. I am glad that she is looking after my investment properties as she truly cares about maximizing my investment. The systems and platforms that she is using at PMI helped me streamline my income and expense reporting and get a clear view of how each property is performing. She is very thorough with tenant screening, property inspections and goes an extra mile with tenant onboarding. She also is prompt in resolving tenant inquiries and getting bids on any home improvement or repairs and overseeing that work gets done properly. I highly recommend Meha for your property management requirements.
