Contacted this trainer based on the reviews. They were very polite and our communication was very cordial. I was never able to get a phone consult. I set up multiple days and time windows for it they missed every one. I even asked when would be convenient for them. After attempting for a week we finally agreed on Saturday. I confirmed I was free most of the day and still nothing. They have apologized and have been very polite and based on the other reviews are probably good at what they do. Just was a bit upsetting so I decided to share my experience.

Can’t say enough good things about Clear Coach Fitness. I started my fitness journey at zero. Lonnie met me there. He created a fitness and meal plan that works for ME. We have a three step process 1- Initial Phone Consultation 2- Complimentary In-Person Fitness Assessment 3- Program selection and startup
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from one of the best personal training schools available, NASM. I am a certified trainer, a certified nutrition coach, and a certified corrective exercise specialist thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a certified PMP thru the Project Management Institute.
