Hello! I previously wrote a 1 star review on a closet rack! This gentleman made it up and was very kind and responsive. He also did other work in my house inclusive of hanging up shelving and water holes outside. It came out perfect and sturdy! I WOULD 100% recommend this company! If I could delete my prior review I would! The system won’t let me. But he was able to fix everything and he did other work that I would rate a 10/10!
Please hire him he is amazing to work with and I apologized to him for my prior review!

I hired Kit For You to install closet racks and a projector on October 25th, and the very next day, one of the racks collapsed due to poor installation. I contacted the company immediately, and was told someone would come back to fix the issue when they were available. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, only to receive vague responses with no clear timeline for when the repair will happen. Over a week has passed, and I’m still left with a failed installation and no resolution. At this point, I have no choice but to hire a different company to fix the damage. The lack of professionalism and inability to address faulty work in a timely manner makes it impossible for me to recommend this company.

To be honest, I don’t understand why the client left such a review, because I’ve done this type of work not first time without any issues on site. In this case, even in the photo, you can see that the client placed a huge pile of heavy knit clothing on the smallest wall rack in the closet room, the smallest of three sizes, which physically cannot hold that much weight. When the client reported an issue, I responded that someone would come by as soon as possible. Yes, more time passed, but the client didn’t follow up. They just left a one-star review and have not responded to the offer of a refund. So, please draw your own conclusions from the situation, but for such a small job, it’s simply impossible to install and secure a closet rack that can hold this amount of clothing for the client.
