- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer veterans discounts, along with first responders, nurses and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we’ve been in contact with a customer, we come out to assess the job and then we give the price. If it’s a repair we normally do it at that time. If we need a replacement door we usually do within 3 business days, unless it’s a special order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training and years of experience working with garage doors.
