Not only was he able to come on very short notice, he diagnosed the problem with my dryer right away and was able to fix it right there! It looked like it took quite a bit of work--it looked like he had to disassemble the entire thing, basically, because previous owners had apparently never done any maintenance on it--and there were bits of lint flying everywhere! Despite this, he left everything completely spotless and put all my little bits and pieces back where they had been--all the way down to the dryer balls in the drum! I'm very happy and glad he was able to come and help!
