I had 2 requests. One was a fairly simple task to connect a new monitor to a work laptop. The second request was a little more complicated requiring trouble shooting problems with an old computer. Jerry came out promptly and quickly replaced my monitor and next moved to assessing my desktop, including taking out the panel and determining the need for a video card. Still need to complete the second task once I get the card but feeling back in business and happy to know next steps.

He was able to salvage all the information off my old computer after a lightning strike and set up my new computer with all my information and favorite bookmarks.
