I had my basement finished by Viktor and his team in spring 2024. I would highly recommend his services as he was able to work within my budget without cutting any corners. His team was professional, punctual and was able to accommodate any changes we had to make while working on the project. My favorite part was how the bathroom turned out in the basement.

When Viktor came to our place to examine our basement, he took time to clarify and answer any questions we had for him. We picked his company initially because of his competitive pricing. Throughout the renovation process, he was in communication and will clarify any modifications that we want made. At the end of the renovation, he was even willing to have a couple of walls painted even though it was not what he had in mind. All in all, a very positive experience and I would hire him again for any future job I may have in our house.

Be very specific in what you need they will do it. Communicate through text - Viktor responds very fast even gets on video call if necessary. His team is very hardworking and always on time. His team member Vlad gets the job done no matter what. Satisfied with the basement renovation they completed just a day ago.
