We had wonderful experience with Velly. She was on time & very helpful throughout the process. Initially our plan was to do the arch outside and since there was a possible rain we told her to build it inside the house. She was very accommodating. As she was placing the balloons she even asked my daughter how she would like décor & placement. I was extremely happy with her service & professionalism. Thank you Velly, we loved the balloon arch.
