- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First off, we do NOT charge for in-home estimates or for most inspections. Secondly, our prices are extremely competitive with the pricing of our competitors and what the market prices should be. Thirdly, we have set pricing for most of our tasks. Our prices reflect our expenses to run our business effectively, however, it also has the ability to provide our customers with an affordable rate. Its a tight balance but we believe that we have mastered a formula.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A personable greeting. Thoroughly explain the project task. Complete the project thoroughly as stated. Close the project with a thorough summary of the work performed and share as much information with the customer as possible. Overview, would be to build a lasting relationship with the customer from dialogue throughout the duration of interaction with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed an apprenticeship through the city of Chicago. Past an Illinois state test. Taken several small courses over the years--such as construction occupation at a community college--among a few. And am state certified in Radon Mitigation.
