- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two simple and transparent options: A fixed rate, which is set individually for each client depending on the nature of the task. Hourly rate -$60 per hour with a minimum payment for two hours ($120). The final cost may vary depending on the complexity and specifics of the work. Please note that the cost of materials and the time spent on their purchase are paid by the client. For some types of work, another pricing model is possible, which is discussed individually depending on the complexity of the task. We always provide a preliminary cost estimate to ensure complete transparency before starting work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client begins with discussing the task and determining the cost based on your description or photos. After agreeing on the price and graphics, I completed the work so that you were satisfied with the result. Payment is made upon completion of the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and specialized training in renovation and remodeling, including installing fixtures like toilets, sinks, and cabinets. Over time, I’ve developed skills in assessing client needs and delivering high-quality results that meet their expectations.
