I integrate physical exercise, nutrition, sleep medicine, and mental health evidence-based tools all into one program. Please keep in mind this is not talk-therapy, but similar to mental performance coaching for athletes or those who are looking to just look and feel better regardless of their age or health condition.
Not sure why you don't feel as healthy as you like?
Difficulty sleeping?
Do you have medical complications that make it difficult to exercise?
Having trouble sticking to your health goals?
Have you tried every diet, and you still regain weight?
You want to eat better, but you don't know where to begin?
You need someone on your side?
Perhaps you are an athlete and are looking for a mental health performance consultant to help you with your game and mental fitness?
- Along with personal training, I am also pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology to become a Sports and Health Psychologist. I am just as passionate about the mind and mental health as I am about the physical human body.
- My ultimate goal is to help people physically, but emotional and spiritual health is just as, if not more important.
- Because of my previous medical background as a clinical informatics specialist and a medical exercise specialist, I specialize in handling various health conditions, whether chronic or injury and have had success with several of my clients' rehabilitation processes that have gone through different health conditions types such as bariatric surgery, diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol factors.
- Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, tone, strengthen, get back on a good eating plan, recover or feel better about your body and mind, I believe I can help you create a space for holistic health that is grounded in sports medicine research and allows you to change your perspective about turning fitness from a hobby to becoming a lifestyle.
