- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the project needs more than a day of work, I will give the customer a discount on my hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting hired for a new job and arriving at the customer’s home, I take a look at the job required and have a discussion with the customer. I listen to the customer’s requests and any concerns they may have, and then offer professional advice taking into consideration safety, quality, appearance and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in civil engineering from my home country, and I am currently working towards getting licensed here in the US.
