FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally have a $75 service fee to come look into an issue or potential project. That cost will be deducted if you hire us for the entire project. For troubleshooting, we charge $200 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour. We do our best to make sure our pricing is fair. Since we are a real business (not just a one-man-show), we invest in important systems in our business, like good insurance, professional accounting, fair wages and benefits for our staff, and anything necessary to run an ethical and professional business. This means we cannot afford to be the cheapest, but we will be the best in service and market-price fair with other licensed electrical companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead electrician attended electrical training school, as well as education for licensing. We encourage our electricians so also go through similar training and offer to help pay them through their education.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly work with homeowners and real estate investors.
