FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask lots of questions in our initial communications to learn more about your event and get to know your preferences. Whether in one call or dozens prior to your event, we gather details from you, your planner, your venue, etc, further enabling us to flawlessly execute your vision for your perfect event. We require a completed, signed contract and a non-refundable deposit/retention fee to hold a date, secure staff, and/or extend our insurance for any event, of any size, at all times of year. While only a small amount, the non-refundable deposit secures our services and is in consideration of our team forgoing other bookings that may make us unavailable for your event.
