Anthony arrived right on time to investigate a puzzling leak in our basement ceiling. He correctly determined that water was leaking from the refrigerator in the upstairs kitchen, which would require an appliance repairman, but the mystery was solved! He then fixed a wobbly toilet in the basement half-bath and repaired a leaky faucet in the master bath. Anthony was totally pleasant and professional throughout and we would hire him in a minute for any future work.

Don did a fantastic job with installing piping for my washing machine. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable- he and his crew made sure to not only get the job done in a reasonable time, but efficiently. I will definitely be using his services in the future. Don was excellent! He performance met all of my expectations and needs. He was flexible and adapted to unexpected problems. Extremely knowledgeable. He replaced my kitchen faucet and sink, all of the tub and shower fixtures and fixed my water pressure problem in our other bathroom. Was done with all in 4 hours! Will definitely call him again if I have a plumbing need!

I replaced our toilet in our 1/2 bath with a high techToto Neorest RH with Charge Construction installing it. We had a very positive experience from start to finish with the manager who is efficient with scheduling, tackling and solving unforeseen problems, to the plumber-(Antwan), the electrician-(Brandon)-who created a dedicated electrical outlet for the Toto Neorest, and the skilled drywaller. They are ALL very proficient, professional, proud of their work and comfortable to be around-I would highly recommend Charge Construction for your home needs and will be using them for my upcoming projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest company but we’re also not the most expensive. I’d say we’re right in the middle. We do offer discounts however and free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just to be open and transparent throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed plumbing contractor as well as a licensed journeyman plumber.
