My 25-year-old fridge that never gave me a problem stopped cooling. I reached out to Ryan Cunningham before 7 am. He called me back in what he thought was a respectable time of the morning. He set up an appointment that same day at 10am. He came as promised, diagnosed the problem, called a parts supplier and fortunately the part needed was available. Ryan went above and beyond to get me service that same day. The part would have been available in my area on the next day. Ryan took it upon himself to drive 45 minutes one way to pick up the part that day from another area that had the part. He picked up the part, installed it, performed a a couple of maintenance tasks to keep fridge running at peak performance, cleaned up after repair. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, considerate and all while being a pleasant person. Pricing was fair. I trusted Ryan no sooner than I met him, that's saying a lot in today's society with so many scammers and unreliable workmen. I would give Ryan 10 stars if could. He will always be my preference for a AAA appliance repair person.

Ryan response time was quick, even had time to come out and assess my dryer and washer. Took his time to explain everything he was doing and even walked me through what caused my dryer tumbler not to spin. He looked past my neglect of taking care of my machine and the mess I let accumulate and was willing to fix it. Working with Ryan was amazing. His professional, knowledgeable, careful and respectful. I will definitely hire him for future repair.

Ryan came the day we made the inquiry. We had inquired with 2 other companies and were told they either no longer worked on refrigerators or wouldn't work on our model. Ryan hecked the refrigerator and ordered the needed parts. He came today and installed the parts and made sure everything was working before he left. He will be our go to repairman for any appliance repairs in the future! He gets the job done quickly and thoroughly.

Ryan responded to me within minutes, came the same day to look at my washing machine and assess the issue, provided me a temporary overnight fix and returned the next day with the part needed! I sent Ryan a message because my dryer stopped working. He contacted me immediately and set up a time for him to come look at it. He quickly diagnosed the problem repaired my dryer and saved me a lot of money in the end. I never felt taken advantage of or like I was being overcharged. Ryan was courteous, professional and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is in need of appliance repairs.
