- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I shared Questionnaires for the specific service, Once customer filled that or they can even tell us on a call. The best practice i followed is the brief so our Business Analyst team did a thorough research and then provide them the first initial designs. Like Mock up design etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my Masters in software Engineering, So have a sound knowledge how it works, The best thing i did a lot of work, So on my first go client usually approves it.
