The communication through thumbtack was prompt and thorough but unfortunately that was the only positive part of this experience. The cleaners did a really poor job of deep cleaning and left dust and dirt on all surfaces, didn’t clean baseboards doors windows or windowsills as specifically requested, and they forgot to clean an entire room! It is a small 1100sq. ft condo and you have to physically walk through that room to get in and out of the condo and they totally skipped it. Very disappointed and will not be booking again.

This was my second time working with Skillful Hands. Honestly, I should not have booked them again. But when my regular cleaner had to call off sick, I figured I would give them another try. The first time they cleaned for me was OK, but nothing amazing. They actually spilled an entire bucket of Pine-Sol water on my carpet floor and did not tell me about it until I saw it after the fact. However, the owner did reimburse a portion of the cleaning that time. This time, I have not come across any mishaps, but I honestly feel like I could’ve cleaned my house better than this cleaner if I’d only had the time. She cleaned, but she didn’t clean anything very well. Just look at the pictures of my bedroom. Would you have ever known that a “professional cleaner” had just come through? Also, they don’t do dishes. The owner sent me a detailed checklist to show that dishes are not included AFTER I asked the cleaner to please wash the dishes but why not send that before? Just all around average at best. Not at all worth the money and nor was it even cheap. Very much regret booking the cleaning and wasting the money.

Hello. Your house did not fully correspond to the information you provided. You said that you needed Standard cleaning. But your house required general deep cleaning + space organization. These options did not suit you, unfortunately we cannot do work for which you are not paid
