Direct Booking - If you direct book us we will generally call you to discuss your project, especially with a short timeframe, to ensure we are prepared for success. We do our best, but sometimes our schedule doesn't always align with Thumbtack. In the event there is a scheduling conflict we will let you know and work with you to reschedule a mutually aggregable date/ time.
Most work is charged by the job, but discounts may be given for multiple projects at the same address. If projects are quoted by the hour, then the work will be billed at the quoted hourly rate.
We are not a general contractor and do not take on projects that require permitting or a general contractor. This might include large remodeling projects, structural changes, new construction, structural demolition, etc.
